This survey-based study is looking at how COVID-19 and flu impacts people’s daily life and regular activities. It will help us understand how to best support people as they recover from COVID-19 and flu. Those who qualify for the study can earn virtual gift cards as compensation for their time and effort.
Those who may qualify:
- Adults who have recently tested positive for COVID-19 and/or flu, and self-reported at least one symptom.

Earn a $25 virtual gift card for taking the 1st survey and earn up to $215 more in rewards for taking 11 additional surveys over 6 months.
